I am thrilled to announce PLAYGROUND: An Inner Child Workshop.

If you've wanted to do inner child work but felt intimidated in the past, I hope you will join us. As a therapist, I have dedicated the last 7 years of my life to helping people reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel impossible to access. I know that it can be done in a practical, approachable, trauma-informed way. I am so excited to do that with you.

A live video session where you can connect energetically with your younger self and put right whatever went wrong. Your inner child wants to talk. 🥰

At PLAYGROUND, the first thing we'll do is review the timeline of your younger life experiences—spanning from the womb to your mid-twenties.

We'll identify an age that stands out in your memory and write a letter to your younger self.

Using meditative techniques, we'll receive an "answer".

Finally, we'll do a meditation together that will further help you reconnect with your inner child and therapeutically rewrite painful narratives from the past.

The whole session will be recorded and made available for anyone who can't make the call.
