TLP: Episode 21 + Show Notes
Hello friend! Hope your November is off to a good start.
You may have noticed that this episode came out a week later than usual. In fact, because #midtermprobs and life, my editor and I have decided to fully shift our every other week editorial calendar by one full week. And so here we are! Right on schedule. 😛
This week’s episode is all about processing. I just finished a Tough Mudder (!) and I’ve been thinking a lot about why I did it and how it went. I’ve been “trying to lose weight” for the past umpteen years, so I wanted to take an episode to throw some light on the subject and talk about body image and learning how to take good care of ourselves. Because in this strange world we live in of consumerism and patriarchy, if you’re comfortable in your own skin, you’re doing something wrong.
